Order Processing
Due to the wide range of choices available for each design, all items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 days for processing before your order ships. Processing time includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier volume. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any available promotions or free‑shipping offers will be automatically applied.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production begins and adjustments may not be possible.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out — we’ll help you contact the carrier and work toward a resolution.
